Concert ticket RSVPs are only needed for performances in the Sharon Disney Lund and Roy O. Disney Theaters. Your name will be on a ticket list at the theater door of each concert. Ticket holders will be admitted into the theater first. Unclaimed tickets will be released as rush tickets.

To ensure a lively and full audience, we slightly oversell free events in the Sharon Disney Lund and Roy O. Disney Theaters. Seating is first-come, first-served, so we encourage early arrival to secure your spot. Once we reach capacity, entry will be based on availability. Late audience entry will be held between pieces for concerts to minimize disruption.

CalArts will be providing shuttle services from the Blue Wall to Newhall Family Theater, beginning at 6 PM, making 3 trips total with the last one being around 6:45 PM.

After the concert, CalArts will also provide shuttle services back to CalArts beginning at 8:45 PM, and making as many trips as needed until there are no more people to take back from the theater.
